Tour Overview

Day 1: Arrive Leh
Attractions: Shanti Stupa
Land at Leh Kushok Bakula Airport, known for its stunning views of Himalayan peaks.Meet our representative and transfer to your hotel for check-in.Rest and acclimate to the high altitude.Enjoy a welcome beverage at the hotel.Visit Shanti Stupa and the local market for a brief exploration (1 hour).Return to the hotel or guest house for the night.
Day 2: Sham Valley Excursion
Attractions: Sham Valley
Start with a hearty breakfast. Head downstream along the River Indus on the Leh-Kargil Highway.Visit this museum dedicated to the Indian Army.Explore this sacred Sikh shrine in the Himalayas.Experience the optical illusion where vehicles appear to defy gravity. Witness the merging of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers. Visit this historic 15th-century monastery perched on a hilltop.Head back to Leh with the rest of the day free for leisure.
Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La
Attractions: Khardung La
Enjoy your morning meal at the hotel.Journey through Khardung La, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,390 ft, offering panoramic views of the Indus Valley and surrounding peaks. Arrive in Nubra, known as Ldumra or the Valley of Flowers, nestled between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges at an average altitude of 10,000 ft. Arrive at your camp or hotel in Hunder and check in. Walk around local villages to experience Ladakhi life, with an option to visit a traditional Ladakhi home. Stay overnight at the camp or hotel in Hunder
Day 4: Nubra to Pangong
Attractions: Pangong Lake
Have an early breakfast.Check out and travel to Pangong Lake via Shyok, a 5-6 hour journey. Arrive at Pangong Lake and check into your camp.Enjoy an overnight stay by the lake.
Day 5: Pangong to Leh
Attractions: Hemis Gompa
Wake up to the sounds of migratory birds and take a walk or photograph the lake.Depart for Leh, visiting Hemis Gompa en route.Check into your hotel upon arrival in Leh.Rest of the day free for leisure.Stay overnight in Leh.
Day 6: Departure Leh
Transfer to Leh Airport for your onward flight. Thank you for joining the tour.
