Day 1: Arrive Paro By Air & Transfer to Thimphu (55 Kms / 1½ Hrs)

Fly into Paro with stunning Himalayan views, then drive to Thimphu, stopping at Chuzom and the 15th-century Tschogang Lhakhang. Explore Thimphu's blend of tradition and modernity, with an evening stroll around the main street and local crafts bazaar. Overnight in Thimphu (Altitude 2400m).

Day 2: Thimphu

After breakfast, explore Thimphu's cultural sites including the National Library, Painting School, Textile Museum, and Simply Bhutan. In the afternoon, visit Pangri Zampa Monastery, Buddha Point for valley views, and King's Memorial Chorten. End the day at the majestic Trashichhoedzong before returning to your hotel.

Day 3: Thimphu – Punakha (75 Kms / 03 Hrs)

Drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass, offering stunning Himalayan views, then visit the majestic Punakha Dzong at the river confluence. Take a scenic walk through fields and villages to Chimi Lhakhang, the revered fertility temple. Spend the evening exploring the charming riverside Punakha village before overnight stay.

Day 4: Punakha – Paro (120 Kms / 4½ Hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Paro via the scenic highway, stopping at Simtokha Dzong, Bhutan’s oldest fortress. In Paro, visit Ta Dzong (National Museum) followed by a walk to Rinpung Dzong, known for its rich history and beautiful Buddhist murals. Overnight at the hotel in Paro.

Day 5: Paro

After breakfast, hike to the iconic Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), perched dramatically on a cliffside above Paro Valley. In the afternoon, visit the historic Drukgyel Dzong with views of Mount Chomolhari, then explore the ancient Kyichu Lhakhang temple. Overnight at the hotel in Paro.

Day 6: Depart Paro By Air

After early breakfast at the hotel, drive to the airport for flight to your onward destination.
