Tour Overview

Arunachal Pradesh – A mystical land of snow-capped peaks, ancient monasteries, vibrant tribes, and untouched natural beauty in India’s serene Northeast.

Day 1: Guwahati to Bhalukpong via Nameri (Approx 260 kms/ 6 hours)

Welcome to Assam. Meet and be assisted by our representative at the Guwahati Railway Station. Transfer to Bhalukpong via Nameri. On arrival check in to the hotel Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Bhalukpong. 

Day 2: Bhalukpong – Dirang (140 kms / 6 hrs.)

After early breakfast, drive to Dirang with en-route visits to Tipi Orchidarium and Nag Temple, enjoying scenic waterfalls and mountain views. On arrival, check in to the hotel and visit the Apple Orchard, Kiwi Farm (seasonal), Dirang Monastery, and Kalachakra Monastery. Also explore the famous hot water springs before returning for an overnight stay in Dirang.

Day 3: Dirang – Tawang (130 kms / 7 hrs.)

After early breakfast, drive to Tawang, enjoying scenic views at Sela Pass and the frozen Sela Lake. En route, visit Jaswant Garh War Memorial and the stunning Nuranng Falls, famous from the movie "Koyla." Arrive in Tawang, check in to the hotel, and relax for the evening with an overnight stay.

Day 4: Tawang Local Sightseeing - High altitude lakes & Bumla Pass

After early breakfast, visit the stunning Shonga-tser Lake (Madhuri Lake), surrounded by mountains and war-time remnants from 1962. Continue to Bumla Pass near the Indo-China border, then stop at the scenic PTSO Lake on the return journey. Drive back to Tawang and enjoy the evening at leisure with an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Tawang – Bomdila (170 kms / 6 hrs.)

After breakfast transfer to Bomdila (8,200 ft.) - the headquarters of West Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh and also known for its Buddhist monasteries. It has a lot of attractions for the visitors for its cool climate. On arrival check in to the hotel Evening visit Gentse Gaden Rabgyel Ling Monastery (Upper Gompa), Bomdila Monastery Overnight stays at Bomdila.

Day 6: Bomdila – Guwahati – Airport Drop

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and later take transfer to the Guwahati Airport for your onward journey.
