History of Khusro Bagh
Khusro Bagh is named after Prince Khusro Mirza, the eldest son of Mughal Emperor Jahangir. After rebelling against his father, Khusro Mirza was imprisoned, and later his tomb was built here. The complex also houses the tombs of Shah Begum (Khusro’s mother) and Nithar Begum (Khusro’s sister). These tombs date back to the early 17th century and showcase the royal Mughal legacy.
